Dr. Raymond Sarmiento
Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Raymond Francis Sarmiento is a physician-scientist and renowned digital health leader with over 16 years of experience in biomedical informatics, public health systems, innovation in business, and AI-driven healthcare solutions. He combines clinical insight with technological expertise to deliver scalable and sustainable innovations. As Chief Operating Officer, he drives strategic growth and operational excellence across the organization. He was recognized with the 2019 Outstanding Young Scientist Award for Public Health Informatics by the National Academy of Science and Technology – Philippines and was the 2020 The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Honoree for Medicine. He has worked closely with the DOH, PhilHealth, WHO, CDC, ADB, and the World Bank to develop and implement key national policies and digital health programs. Dr. Sarmiento holds an MD from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and completed postdoctoral fellowships at the US National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He also holds advanced certifications in AI and data science from MIT.​

Albert Padin
Chief Innovation and Product Officer

​Albert Padin brings extensive expertise in AI, cloud infrastructure, and startup development. Recognized as a Google Developer Expert in Cloud and Artificial Intelligence, he has shared his knowledge at global tech hubs including San Francisco, Singapore, and Malaysia. Albert hassled purpose-driven innovations for the World Bank, the Office of the President of the Philippines, and the Department of Budget and Management. Before joining the company in March 2024, he was Founder and CTO of Symph.co for 12 years. He also built multiple ventures including MLePay, YYY Jobs, Lutelo, and SpellDial. His work has powered digital solutions for clients such as Temasek Holdings, MLhuillier, Sunnies Studios, and Ocean FastFerries. Albert studied Information Technology at the Centre for International Education.

Gerb Inajada

Gerb Inajada is a technology executive with 16 years of experience leading digital transformation and product innovation in financial technology. As CTO of mWell, he drives enterprise tech strategy, platform scalability, and end-to-end execution across digital services. Formerly CTO of UBX, the fintech arm of UnionBank, he helped pioneer the bank’s award-winning digital shift and launched several impactful, industry-first fintech solutions. Gerb holds certifications in Financial Technology and Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, bringing strategic depth, technical expertise, and global perspective to building modern, tech-enabled businesses.

Chief Marketing Officer

Margarito "Gary" Dujali, Jr. is a seasoned marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and digital health. He previously served as First Vice President and Head of Marketing at PLDT Home, where he pioneered breakthrough campaigns and digital innovations such as PLDT myDSL, PLDT Home Fibr  contributing significantly to the company’s revenue growth and recognition as the most preferred broadband brand. He concurrently led Smart Bro’s broadband business and was instrumental in rolling out PLDT’s triple- and quad-play offerings, integrating broadband, mobile, and pay TV and content services. As one of the company’s pioneering leaders, he continues to shape strategic direction, brand messaging, and market engagement. Gary holds an MA in Communication Research from the University of the Philippines.

Cindy Burdette
Chief Commercial Officer

Cindy Burdette is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a strong background in digital innovation and commercial strategy. She is the co-founder and former CEO of AllCare, a pioneering benefits platform built for freelancers and SMEs. With deep expertise in digital marketing and optimizing digital channels, she has successfully led teams and transformed operations across various industries. Cindy was recognized as an EY Leader of the Year Circle of Excellence awardee at the 11th Asia CEO Awards in 2020. She has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at KonsultaMD, contributing to the company's rapid expansion and strategic partnerships. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Ateneo de Manila University.

Tisha Quinitio
Head of Government and Communities

Tisha Quinitio drives government partnerships and public health access by building strategic collaborations with Local Government Units, government agencies, and the private sector. Prior to her current role, she was Head of Public Sector at Maya and spent 17 years at SMART Communications leading award-winning programs for satellite services, marketing, and community development. Tisha graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Mass Communications. She plays a critical role in broadening healthcare access through inclusive and high-impact public engagement.​

Vice President for Technology

​Stanley Chua brings 22 years of extensive experience in medical teleconsultation, telecommunications, digital services, and product strategy. He has worked with major telecom operators including Globe, Smart, Sun Cellular, Myanmar Post and Telecommunications (MPT), and Telenor, driving transformative digital projects and improving operational performance. His expertise spans strategic planning, operations management, and digital product development, as demonstrated in key roles with KonsultaMD, RTSCom Myanmar Ltd., Rising Tide Mobile Entertainment Inc., and I-Gateway Mobile Inc. Stanley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Computer Application, from De La Salle University – College of Saint Benilde.

Rommel Galapon is a seasoned health IT leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation and hospital information systems. He leads the implementation of enterprise health platforms including HIS, CMS, RIS/PACS, LIS, and patient engagement tools. He has delivered complex system rollouts across institutions such as The Medical City and Healthway Medical Clinics. His portfolio includes platforms such as Arcus Air, Practo Insta, Orion Health, and TMC PRIME. Rommel holds a degree in Commerce, major in Computer Science, from San Sebastian College – Recoletos. He is known for aligning health tech solutions with operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.

Russell Edmel Medel
Head of Business Intelligence

Russell Edmel "Red" Medel brings over 19 years of experience in telecommunications, financial risk, and revenue assurance. He has advanced expertise in profitability analysis, risk assessment, and data management. He previously held key leadership roles within the MVP Group, including AVP for Business Revenue Assurance at PLDT and Smart, and Head of Financial and Risk Assessment at Sun Cellular. Red holds a degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Batangas. His insights support the company’s data-informed decision-making and financial strategy.

Myra Carabeo
Head of Creatives​

Myra Carabeo is a strategic Creative leader with over 20 years of experience in advertising and design. As brand guardian, she leads the development of all creative assets for app design, above-the-line campaigns, digital ads, social media, and on-ground activations. She also oversees corporate communications and public relations. Prior to joining the team, she held senior roles in agencies such as Avellana and Associates, Image Dimensions, Bates 141, Ogilvy, Y&R, and FCB. Myra graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines with a BA in Broadcast Communication. She has led award-winning teams in translating brand strategy into effective creative executions.

Rina Tadiar
Head of Consumer

Rina Tadiar has deep experience in consumer marketing, business strategy, and innovation. She champions user-first thinking in the development of platform features and campaigns that drive accessible healthcare. Prior to her current role, she was a brand manager at Nestlé and Kimberly-Clark, where she spearheaded award-winning campaigns, led cross-functional teams across Asia Pacific, and drove year-on-year revenue/market share growth for brands such as Bear Brand and Huggies. Rina graduated with honors from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Technology Management.

Florence  Pacia

Florence "Flo" Pacia has 13 years of experience in building and growing organizations across B2B and B2C markets. Her expertise spans revenue operations, sales planning, strategic marketing, brand management, people leadership, and budget oversight. Prior to her current role, she served as General Manager and Head of Revenue Operations at ALLCARE Technologies Philippines, Marketing Manager of Wrangler Jeans PH, and Marketing Practice Lead at a consulting firm handling clients in fintech, healthcare, manufacturing, digital agencies, and retail. Flo earned her degree in Business Management, major in Marketing, from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and is a Civil Service Commission Professional Passer.​

Lorraine Anne Macapagal

Lorraine Anne Macapagal is a dynamic executive with 25 years of experience in operations, marketing, business development, community building, and entrepreneurship. Her work spanse-commerce, logistics, applications development, event management, and digital community platforms. She has held key leadership roles in Bounce Back PH, Resellee Mobile Solutions and Innovations, Inett Systems Corp., The 1558 Project Inc., and S&G International Consulting. Lorraine completed a certificate course in Project Management from the Asian Institute of Management in 2021. She holds an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a BA in Mass Communication, major in Media Production, from Assumption College Makati.​

Dr. Carlo Toledano
Head of Medical Affairs

Dr. Carlo Toledano is a licensed physician with over a decade of experience in occupational health and corporate medicine. He leads the overall delivery of medical services, overseeing clinical operations, service quality, product development, and business support. He earned his undergraduate degree from De La Salle University Health Sciences Institute and his medical degree from JFSM. He currently serves as Board Secretary of the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine (Quezon City Chapter) and as corporate vaccine consultant for a pharmaceutical company. Passionate about digital health and wellness, he advocates for technology-driven healthcare that remains personal, accessible, and patient-centered.

Ma-an Panaligan has over 12 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and controls, with a solid background in healthcare and advertising. She is committed to driving cost efficiencies, ensuring fiscal transparency, and enabling sustainable business growth. Skilled in applying modern accounting methods and software, she previously held finance roles in RMN Networks, Media Ventures Inc., East Manila Hospital Managers Corp., The MEGACLINIC, and R.S. Bernaldo & Associates. Ma-an graduated cum laude with a degree in Accounting from the University of the East and is a Certified Public Accountant. She brings a results-oriented mindset to driving fiscal performance and resource optimization.​

Atty. Pooja Murjani-Ramchand

Atty. Pooja L. Murjani-Ramchand is a legal and compliance professional with experience on corporate tech law, litigation, intellectual property, and data privacy.  She works closely with cross-functional teams to provide practical legal guidance that balances innovation with risk management—supporting product development, compliance & governance, procurement, and commercial contracting. Prior to joining the company, she practiced at Castillo and Bello Law Offices and worked in the Philippine House of Representatives, gaining experience in legislative processes and public policy. She holds a BS in Legal Management and a Juris Doctor from De LaSalle University and completed programs at the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge.
