1. What is the mWell Health ID?
This is a new feature on the mWell app that allows you to carry your complete personal health records on your phone. Through the mWell Health ID, your basic health information, personal health records, lab results, prescriptions, vaccination records, and emergency contacts can now be stored in one place and easily accessed by healthcare professionals on the mWell app, and soon, in your nearest clinics/hospitals as well.
2. How does mWell collect and protect all this information?
Every consultation that you do on the mWell app/through the mWell Clinic results in an e-medical record that is automatically stored on the mWell Health ID, which are accessible through the mWell app.
Users are in control of the information they store on the app, which is built with privacy and data protection by design, and is fully compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
