Metro Pacific Health Tech Corp. (mWell) is poised to become a powerhouse in the country’s digital health care ecosystem as it acquires the Ayala Group’s KonsultaMD. mWell, the digital health care arm of Metro Pacific Investments Corp., yesterday said that it has entered into agreements with the Ayala Group to acquire the Ayala-led telehealth provider.
